Monday - Thursday from
10 am to 4 pm
Please bring:
* $ 10 registration fee
(cash/check or money order)
* Picture ID
* Food Stamps, TANF or Medicaid benefits letter
* please note the registration fee may be waived if you qualify and meet the specific criteria
